Recently purchased an apexi neo and dc sport headers. I wanted to know if dyno tuning the car is the only true way of tuning the neo. Also would a unichip help improve hp or does the neo do the same thing the unichip can do. 2003 acura cls 6 spd

 

If you kept reading in the forums you would notice that they don't sell the UniChip for 6 speeds...AT only. I don't know about the Neo though.

 

yea get te neo dyno tuned. Just install it and LEAVE IT for now untill the car is on the dyno. Trust me, though I havent played wit one of this on my CL, I just to play wit the one on my civic and it was nothing but trouble.

 

yea i dnt suggest playing wit anything if u dont know what ur doing...i jus installed mine and all i did was change the vtec...i threw sumthin off so i just changed it back to default(factory settings) and cars runs fine...jus get it tuned...too bad u dnt have the AT cuz i have the neo hacked into my unichip and they compliment one another well...i will b using teh unichip for igniton timing and the neo for AF and vtec tuning...i will be selling the neo once i do the MT swap tho
