need some help
OK, so last week i bought used wheels and tires and when i put them on my car, it pulled to the right...I went and got an alignment and they told me the alignment wasn't off, but the tires are worn on the inside. The tires look fine to me, they have plenty of treadlife left...so i just switched two wheels, front to back, and the car doesn't pull nearly as much, if at all. but now the tires make that rapid "whomp whomp whomp" sound when I'm slowing down. So I'm wondering what I should do...if I leave them on, would they wear down and eventually become more even? Or would rebalancing them help? I also have 4 good tires on my stock wheels that will fit on the new rims but I dont know how good it is to unmount and remount tires. Or should I just suck it up and buy new tires? What do you guys think? Thanks.
New tires......better safe than sorry.
It sounds like it may be a defect in the tires and if they are used most radials are directional, it helps to know what side they were originally on.

Same here when i hit the gas i hear it between 45-55mph. I had the tires moved to the back it isnt so bad. So is it the tires or is it the axel like what the other tread said???? I about to blow this car up!
