If you gotta have amber blinkers like in my state, you can get the APC silver bulbs that blink amber or the silverstar bluish bulb that blinks amber. I have a picture on the gallery of it..

Are the APCs as bright as the stock amber bulbs? I was told the APC quality was not as good by a Pep Boy. I got the silverstars for the fronts. Does the rear turns take the 1157 bulbs too? I may try the APCs back there. (2003)

I have both, but the APC bulbs do not have that bluish reflection that you see in your pic...

I did not install the Silverstar bulbs yet...

I am pretty sure anything is brighter than STOCK

I know, the APC are silver coated, the silverstars are amber and bluish, but the glass is clear. They never have these APC bulbs in stock at my pepboys.

if I wanted to get a single filament bulb for the blinker, so it's only on when it blinks, would I still get an 1157 single filament, or would any other bulb work?

also, the reflector bulb is either a 168/194, correct?
