Need Help on Tinting

hi, i'm thinking about tinting my car
but i dunno what percentage of tinting is good
those of you who did tint their windows, can you please give me a suggestion?

p.s i don't want it too dark, but i don't want it too light either...
what level of tint should i do?

you should to 35%, that is a medium tint level.

I like 20, but for not too dark and for legal reasons 35 is probably best. Dont waste your money on 50.

Get quality METAL film for highest heat rejection and UV protection. Different manufactures metal film can be different and if you have Navi some say it will affect it. I used Formula One tint which is 100 % metal and has no dye in it and have no problems with my Navi. Some manufactures use part metal and part dye. Anything with dye will fade or turn purple over the years.

I got 18% all the way around. I'm really happy with it. I can still see at night and during the day it is definately dark enough.

I went with 20% on the back and 35% on everything else. It blends really well and keeps glare from cars behind ya to a minimum. Plus with 35% on the sides cops have less to bitch about.

i have 2nd lightest shade of Quantum. its great not too dark, costs 140
