i put key in igition turn to the second click to use test light all lights in the car turn off but i put a jumper pack on it the second click dash lights up and car has full power and starts with jump no problems while on checked terminals fine fuses fine no visible broken grounds anyone had this problem?

put a muilt-meter to battery it reading 12.5volts with car running 14.1 and battery is holding a full charge

 

Is that after starting it with the jumper?
