Need help to install Rotors from somebody in the chicago area

Hey guys, every place i called wants to do my rotors for no less then 40 bux, i was wondering if there is anyone who is willing to help me put my pads and rottors in the chicago area. i cant afford much but i if you ask me i can tell you, so is there anyone?all help is truly appreciated.

Dude, $40 is pretty cheap for all 4. If you want cheaper, jack your car up and do it your self.

no its for 2 front, I CANT GET THE DAMN SCREW OFF!!! i tried everything, screwing it out, torque screwdriver whatever you want to call it, it just wont come off.

$40 is cheap even for the 2 fronts. Otherwise go spend $20 on an impact screwdriver to get those screws off.

Drill it out, its not that big of a deal.

1.) Use a hole punch and start a small inclusion in the center of the screw.
2.) Get the appropriate sized drill bit and start drilling out.
3.) The head of the screw will come off, do this for both screws if need.
4.) Hit the old rotor with a rubber hammer till it comes off.
5.) Once the rotor is off, use a pair of vice grips to turn the remainder of the screw out.

ive tried, i change brakes on other cars ALL the time, i cannot do this one.

I remember someone saying the budget impact screwdrivers didn't work and that he used a craftsman one and the screw came out.
