Need DiY for taking out front shocks

I busted another front shock and need to replace it. Don't feel like messing with the speed shop, can someone post a DiY for taking out the front shocks? Is it difficult to do? Is it a one man job?

Potholes in Texas are a bitch.

Get that side in the air, take the wheel off, take the 3 or 4 bolts conntecting the top, remove the lower threaded rod by the rotor. This is the part where you may need a hand, getting the strut out, you may have to mess with it a little (i.e. wiggle back and forth) also someone may have to push on the rotor down to allow enough room to get the strut out. After that the only real bitch, especially if you dont have a compressor, is getting the spring off. Its really not too hard I installed coilovers in mine by myself it really wasnt bad at all but I also had a spring compressor and impact tools. The back is a bitch cuz you gotta take the rear seat out. Hope this helps a little.
