I had to have my custom made. Wasn't too bad....think around $150....but it is an exact replacement with matching flanges and the o2 sensor in place just like the stock cat. Check with you local muffler shop and they should be able to hook you up. Mine just required cash (no record) and did the install also.

Will the Tesp pipe do any good i not running HBP (FI).
I already seem to have lost some torque just frm running bigger pipes and mufflers.

So what is the benefit of running a test Pipe.

Test pipe = no more exhaust gas restriction from a catalytic converter. Theoretically, that should equal gains by reason of more free flowing exhaust.

Depends on whats after the test pipe. Having no backpressure will result in loss of hp and torque.
For example just unbolt your exhaust from the cat back. Theoretically it will flow better and gain hp. Which is NOT the case. Trust me i have did it for shits and giggles and won't ever do it again..it's loud as hell and gave me worse gas mileage and power.

well I put a little home made test pipe of my car and felt immediate gains over the stock cat. Then I did some work to the car which resulted in the car becoming day and night faster as well as installed a 300 CFI Magnaflow high flow cat so I dont know what it did. I do hower by next spring plan on have a new high flow cat made so i can dyno it againts the high flow cat to if it it makes a difference for me

If it does throw a code for the second O2 sensor, you can always do the defouler trick that will get rid of the code.

I don't condone taking out the cat completely. its good for the environment. especially since we can't tune our cars completely.

^ I had to do the defouler trick with my Magnaflow High-Flow Cat, once it got cold it started throwing a code. Works really well.
