I have KVR x-drilled...they work much better than stock (they are stock sized). Most ppl will recommend slotting for the reason that x-drilled are said to crack....I have seen one crack before, but this was due to an idiot on miata.net using x-drilled that specifically said not for track use at a track. I have had x-drilled on my cars and most of my friends have x-drilled...we all drive hard and none of us have had our rotors crack.
KVR v. Comptech....get whatever is cheaper...if one is better than the other...it's probably not noticeable since both will be better than stock.

Thanks for the info what about pads? Comptech has a set called Hot Street. Their decsription is "Very high friction levels even at cold temperatures with no dust or squeal. This is the fastest stopping Carbon Kevlar road pad available. Great for limited competition and solo events". They are $129 each side. Any thoughts...
