Well going to the track tonight and was wondering if itwas safe to just do about 3-4 runs down the track runing this shot i know a couple of uo guys were using this and i just need help

Just don't use the n20 out of the hole. It's a pretty big shock to the drive train so wait a couple of seconds before spraying. Besides, if you spray out of the hole you most likely won't get any traction unless you have DRs. Make sure not to hit the rev limiter while spraying as well.
