deffinatly well worth project. i finished mine not to long ago and damm just to have the AC and fan controls on the touch screen is pimped! bye bye nobs is correct. i also have a aftermarket double din aswell. even less nobs! nice and clean with 2 screens

one thing about installing the conversion, you won't have the lady's voice come on to give you directions. some ppl perfer this and some ppl like me like the voice. only way to get this going is by using a multi purpose source switcher. There's a DIY somewhere here.... haven't tackled this yet due to the idiots at the store saying they can get me this MPSS but i've been waiting the last 2 1/2 months!

haha artbran was who i sold my original navi set up to. i sold it to him since the navi doesn't have Canada maps. i later on decided to do it anyways and got me another navi conversion setup just so i can have the AC and fan controlls on the screen.

here's an online electical manual for the TL, this is what i used to get it done. dunno if it's the same for your CL but may be useful
