Navi Buzzzzzing Help A Qt Out Please!!1

Sup...I'm a chick from Maryland(met a few ppl's at the meet last December)
anywho I have a 03 type-s with Navi.That annoying voice (that I now need)is buzzzzzzing everytime a turn or exit comes up.My onstar seems to be on strike as well.I called Tischer(They suck) and my appt is 9/20.Can anyone please offer some advice on this one.

Why does Tischer suck for giving you an appointment the day after you call? That seems like pretty prompt service to me for a problem which is not an "emergency".

Have you ever had any service done there B4 ?Obviously not cause if you did then you'd knw wtf I'm talking about.For the record it's an emergency to me!I asked for a solution not for you to co-sign on Tischer's(nutsack)

No, never had service done there before. What's so bad about them? I've never had that problem with my navi -- although right now the screen won't even turn on. Let me know how it goes at Tischer. If they can fix your's maybe I'll bring it there.

Their service doesn't suck. Let me put in perspective for you. ALL Acura service sucks! I've said it once and I'll say it over and over again: I'll never buy another one!

Let me tell you a secret. Its not just Acura service that "sucks." Most dealers pay their service advisors on how much money they can write on each repair order, so if it seems that they're really expensive and they're trying to sell you things you don't need, they probably are. The more money they charge you the more money they take home for themselves. But on the flip side a lot of advisors are also paid on survey scores so they don't want to piss customers off either. I also happen to know that a local Acura dealer here happens to have all of its advisors survey scores in the lowest pay bracket so they sometimes just don't care about the money or the job. Choose your dealers wisely and get quotes from other dealers and/or independents before going to your dealer. It will give you leverage on the price.
