Well...I have the 01 Cl-s with navi, and for some reason, the system isn't reading my CD. I know I have the DVD in there, but for some reason, its not reading it/nor would the DVD come out.

I had this happen a couple month ago, but after a few times restarting the car, it started reading it just fine. But this time, a couple restart isn't working.

Did anybody else have this problem? where the navi system wouldn't read the cd? or it says "system open/no disk" (something like that)

 

Are you positive the disk is in there and the shop didnt take it?

Yea I'm sure the shop didn't take it.

That issue happened before I took it to the shop as well.

I guess the sure-est way to check is to try and open the navi up, but I'm almost positive that shop didn't take the CD.

 

After a couple smack to the navi unit, it started working fine again. o.O weird...the DVD was inside the whole time... yay for 10 yr old navi xD
