it happened about 20 mins ago.

RSX typeS with Intake/header/exhausts/straight pipe/pulley/1 more thing i forgot

Vs my G35C with I/E/Cat

from red light (no launch, to be fair). i got 1 car lenghth ahead of car right away from 1st and we pulled on me alittle in 3rd and i had him about 3/4 car lenghth by end of 3rd.

i was very impressed with his RSX-S with those mods.

Those are pretty quick. Much faster than the Integras it replaced (except type R). I had a little fun with an GSR integra over the weekend and it stayed with me for a couple seconds before I hit about 4k then just ran away. I know RSXs are much tougher (from my experience anyway).

I saw a modded RSXs at the track, it was running 14.9s in all the humidity. For comparison a stock G35 6 speed was running 15.5s. Darn quick those RSXs can be with a little tweaking. I have no idea what his mods are though, I did see header and intake.

Before my buddy traded up for his S2K, he had an RSX-S. I was very impressed with EVERYTHING about it. Especially its performance. It feels like a slightly detuned S2K and definitely takes over from where the DC3 ITR left off. And that K20A is like 'butta'! (Its a shame that Honda is not importing the DC5 ITR.) I'd easily take that over a base WRX or ANY other car in that class.

That said, a 6MT G35C w/the I/E/Cat should have NO problem wasting any NA RSX-S. (I'm willing to bet that a 5MT Alti 3.5SE with those mods can waste any NA RSX-S)

Good run.

Those alti's are FAST. A lot of those 5-speed altis run in the 13s. Its cause their interior is made of cardboard and no sound deadening. I thinks its 300-400 lbs lighter than the G.
