18x9.75??? what tires are you running? i don't think anyone on the site is rocking rims that big.

do a search on the forum and u'll find everything u need to know about what performance parts you want.

but to put it blunt.... headers, ud pulley, cai and ur happy

Welcome

Your +20mm offset is going to take quite a bit of work to fit.

Lightweight crank pully, intake and headers. Dont go crazy with that transmission.

what's the offset on the rims? You'll probably have to roll the rear fenders and shave the rear bumper tabs.

I think it was a 20 mm off set

Definitely going to have to roll the rear, shaved tabs, camber and a slight tire stretch. Good luck. Is the car dropped? I hope so because it will look goofy if it's not.

not to sound like a dick but i think you need to research what fits/what it takes to fit certain rims for the CL before you make a purchase. it sounds like you really dont have a clue. its more than you just need to run camber. it aint just that simple sometimes.

i actually jumped on rims when i was getting tires when i frist got my car.. they put the rim on the car and were like.. see it fits... that was a 17x7-7.5inch rim and with a 35mm offset and with stock tires i still hit the rear fenders.. so i got the rear fenders rolled... still hated how the wheels popped out of the car... looks soooo improper unless the wheel is massive.

so then i sold those rims which were only 1 yr old and then got konig zero-in 18x8 i think they are 40mm offset.. and they fit amazing IMHO but yea.. it was much more than simply saying i like those and will make it work... just don't want you to get screwed like I did

A +20 offset, even on a narrower wheel, is still going to be a PITA to fit.

Moral of the story is that the CL only fits certain types of wheels with minimal effort......a 20 mm offset is not one of those wheels. Stick to 45 to be safe, going lower requires experience and money to get a "proper" fitment. Good luck!

yea the truth is our cars are not the best to be lowered unlike some.. for example the vw jetta you see slammed all the time.. it just fits wheels that protrude past the hub assemble more than most.. and the flared fenders allow the wheel to go in the car more, vertically which allows u to drop it relatively easily compared to our cars. i have my car at a modest hight.. 2 fingers between the wheel and fender in the rear, 1.5fingrs on front.

low enough to look good and high enough to not scrap virtually anywhere.

If you run a 20 offset you have to run a narrower wheel. Even still it's not for the faint hearted to fit certain wheels.

My plan was to go with a smaller tire and the camber kit.

I had a 95 maxima with a 10.5 in the rear it worked when people said it wouldn't. I'm just new to cl,s so it's like trial n error

If u guys from ny go on project jdm we'd site there a tl same year with a 10.5

A Maxima has a much larger wheel well to fit an aggressive wheel. The CL is very conservative. It takes work to fit a +40. It takes a lot of work to fit a +30.

A +20 8.75" wide wheel is going to look ridiculous, if you can even get it mounted. We're talking rolled and pulled fenders, massive camber and a nearly undriveable stretch.

^^ precisely.

OP if u dead set on having some huge wheels on ur ride... i'd literally buy a different car..

the amount of money one would spend to roll and pull fenders would run u thousands.

personally tho if i had super deep pockets i'd have switched to the 6 speed and if i were nuts enough.. i'd get all 4 fenders customized... pulled out and wrapped deeper over the wheels to look like the wheel is inside the well more... then i'\d repaint the car.. than get some monster wheels on therew... lol but that's 2-3 for paint, 2-3 k on to fenders (an u pray they'll look proper) and then massive wheels 2-4k.

which is why like i said the best thing to do is come to terms with whats achievable or just get a different ride.

you really need to research cause thats completely wrong. a fender roll and pull does not cost that much.

p.diddy i've gotten quotes for it so plz..

i'm sure there are cheaper prices... that's not was i was quoted tho.

i'm talking the fenders extended outwards 1 inch on all wheels and have it blended to the body so it looks proper..

I don't even think that's a bad price thats a TON of work, and ur talking some serious skills to add in the metal and have them symmetrical etc..
