My CLS is stolen
Just came home My acura was stolen at cinema parking. Thats fucking bad filling when you come out from movie and your car is not there where you left it. I hope they'll find my car, cause insurance gonna pay me shit (I think) by the way I have headers 4alpine speakers, mtx amp (600$) NAVI (converted by my self), CT springs, Exhaust.

Sorry to hear about your car, man. Hopefully it'll be back soon
Hopefully All Mine's right, I'd love to see what Chip Foose could do to a CL

Damn that really sucks...i know that feeling...sometimes when you think your car is gone...it must be ten times worse when it is...but i would check tow garages and other places before reporting it stolen....did you have any bad tags or anything...?

I have friends that park in Newark NJ at a train station & then travel into NYC. They do this each morning.
You can always flatbed, or drag tow the car. Doesn't have to start.
There are ways around a chipped key as well.

sorry for your loss
sad fact : Montreal/Laval is the capital of stolen vehicules in all america
even when they get caught, they go to prison for like a year and start again after
a friend had her RSX-S stolen in 2min45sec at her job, you can see it on the surveillance cams.
they are quick, well equipped and know the cars very well. With your VIN in the windshield and with a contact-friend at honda or acura, they can have a key cut and then they start the car with their already-programmed ECUs matched with their immobiliser units. or maybe they have stand-alones ?... i don't know, but it's still not enough to stop them
it's really depressing around here guys, about every 2 weeks i hear that someone's car is gone.

:X that really sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. That happened to me before, but it wasn't my car. I was with iisylentii at school, before he got the CL he had a 95 accord, really nice fix up, carbon fiber hood, full set up system, brand new S15 rims dropped, leather seating and all that great stuff, well i went to class and he went to the computer lab, LITERALLY within 50 min. we came back the car is gone. he only had liability on it. and the next day they found the car in downtown LA completely stripped, interior and exterior. car was sitting on bricks. all the windows were bashed, license plate was cut off, and the autolock was put on as a way to tell him he should of used it. :T even his doors were changed because he had the v6 ex model with power windows ...so i can understand how you feel... i wish you luck on finding your car

I reported it stolen, I called insurance today, and they gave POS Taurus. Don't have any news from cops either. It can't be towed cause it was on interior parking of cinema.

Sorry to hear that, good luck though!
By the way, has anyone heard of or used http://www.microtrakgps.com? I have been thinking about it, but not too sure just yet. Everytime something like this happens it makes me want to look into it more

I probably should not say this but, any honda with a chiped key is pretty easy to start you dont need to know anyone at honda. If you go to a junk yard and get an ECU the ign. and some other stuff with matching key with 2 people you can start one in about 25-30sec

ok, even though that microtrack thing seems useful for your car getting stolen, it's a bitch if you are the kid who's getting tracked.....that's just messed up. ooo, you exceeded 70 mph so now your parents are flippin out and callin your ass. lol. the thing is, in a stolen car, you have to hide it somewhere so the robbers don't see it, and that's kinda questionable because sattelite navigation needs an almost open space to the sky, if you hide it somewhere and cover it up like they do in that demonstration video, how is it gonna catch sattelite gps signal?? even in the glove box for that matter...
besides, if you are the kid getting tracked you could always leave it at your friend's house and just say you stayd there the whole time..hahaha
it'd be funny for the person who steals one of those though ahahah, you have found the wrong thing to steal.

If someone wants your car badly enough, it's gone.
Personally, if someone stole my car, I don't want it back. My friends had their car stolen, and when they got it back, there was no visible damage. But in the week it was missing there is no way to know what the car went through. Ever since they got it back, there have been more noises, car stalling, etc. And they can't sell it since it's now on Carfax that is was a theft recovered car.
