How hard would this be to get a new one in?

 

Seems to be a common problem though.

Some people just bang on the dash (right over the clock) and it starts working again.

 

yea thats how i hot mine to start working again

 

tried bangin it, nothing. no one else has fixed this problem?

 

I took it to the dealer and they replaced the bulb...So, unless you are trying to DIY, that's what I'd suggest.

 

go to parts dept at your dealer ask them for the bulb...they prolly have it in stock...same thing happend to my v6 accord (same clock) the clock itself prys out from the top...just use a small screwdriver and pop it out and replace the bulb in the back....just becarefull cause that sucker is hella tiny! and just pop it back in..good as new

 

ya same thing happened to mine...started workin a week later though.
