Unhappy My Car's Bleeding (help)

I walked out today and noticed that my car was leaking from somewhere in the front right/passenger side of the car. I have no idea what it is, and how serious of a problem this is. The fluid is clear as far as I can tell, and doesn't have an odor to it. I took pics, and was wondering if any of you had any ideas as to what this could be. I can't tell if that's where the leak is originating, or if its coming from somewhere else and trickling to that spot.

If you have your A/C running, it's the condensation tube to let the water out...All cars have this feature if they have A/C.

That's what it looks like to me.

Yeah, I never roll down my windows. I always have the A/C on so when I come home there's a stream of water (condensation) that rolls down my driveway...
