Did you notice this after washing your car? If so, if you drive for like 10 min., occasionally using the brakes, the rust will go away.

Yea, it would be the rotors that look "orange" after washing.

don't blow you money on that kit. Caliper spray paint is about 5 bucks, just pick a can up.

Yeah but then he has to tear the calipers off...
But come to think of it, if he has a rust issue, so I would tear them off and clean them real good before painting... Besides if you take them off you can get more coverage..

You don't have to tear off the caliper, just put the car up on a jack and take off the wheels. Then cover everything else besides the calipers with newspaper and tape. The paint is like $3.99 at Pep Boys and comes in like whatever color you want. Just make sure you clean em off before painting, the spray looks pretty much like the brush on stuff and its really easy.

he is claiming they are all rusted... you would prolly want to tear them off, sandblast, primer and paint so they are done right... thats all I am saying..

I just sprayed some engine degreaser/cleaner on them, scrubed them w/ a brush, let them dry, then apply paint like schoeny14 described.
