Another update. I ordered a direct port nitrous kit. I also upgraded the nozzles to the annular style, I'm going to plum them into the p2r plenums so they spray right into the velocity stacks. This way I will have easy access to do a jet change. Plus I don't have the room because my plenums are already very close to the hood as is.

My current kit is maxed out and won't flow anymore efficiently so that's why I went the direct port route. Hopefully now I will be able to pick up a actual 200whp since it's more efficient.

My final hp and et goal is to make at least 500whp and 500+wtq and to run somewhere in the 11's. I can only go so fast before getting kicked out for not having a roll bar. I doubt I'll go anywhere near 11.50's to even have that problem but it would be a nice problem to have though ha!

Does anyone know what size the hard fuel line fitting is off the firewall? I have to also upgrade the soft line and get that fitting so I can make something up.

Here's the kit I bought.

I was going to keep the stock fuel pressure regulator because the afr seems fine n/a and I can tweak the tune up with the jets on n2o. Thanks a lot!

I think we might throw the kit on my bro's 02 cl-p and jet it for a 100 or 125 shot since his isn't really modded.

I have the nos master jet kit. It looks like this one exactly. My dad and I have been messing with nitrous for years so we always us it haha.

Hey Fox, seen the dyno numbers GREAT JOB man!

What are you doing for ignition control on the motor? I'm sure you've seen my thread on what happened to my motor at 330hp shots. Hopefully you can learn from that and figure out a way to bump up the power safely and show everyone here the true potential these motors have in stock form.

Again, great job! Wheels lookin' siiiiiiick btw....

All this hype and you're gonna go down via a DEADLINE? BOOO cmon fox lol

I DO however think those betting should cut him some slack on some kind of "grace period" lol. After all, the car has come a looong way and he actually, up to this point, has done most of what he said (EXCEPT run the predicted times lmao) unlike 98.2% of other people that have made such claims in the past

Who cares? The man ran 12's and is putting down well over 400HP and we're concerned about bets? I understand a bets a bet but the progress is sufficient enough for me, but that's just me and my

Ditto^^, I understand what you are saying civic, and you're right- he lost the bet and should have to pay. However, in my eyes..that's no way for a bet to end. Reminds me of the packers game the other night!

Lets wait OP response i think all of u are right bet is bet but he is really close... unless something will fail

But thats what jblue text me

Timeline was set and he agreed to conditions and should be given slack cuz he made "progress". He had 6 months to make progress. Jblue also offered him clutchmasters stage 3 kit with huge discount which could help him make it happened eventually he bought it from someone else for few hundrets more

Just for clarification, the bold portion was not part of JBlues text.

And yes, he came close. But a bet is a bet. If youre complaining about a deadline now, something tells me you'll complain if he werent able to reach the goals (which Fox set) in the grace period.

I'm not complaining about the deadline. From the start, I was in just for the potential of the build etc. I was proven wrong in what I thought he'd be able to run initially and I'm not saying he should be given "slack" for the progress he's made, just that the progress he's made in 1/4 mile times and HP is impressive and enough for me. Any build or public goal is a nice spark to the forum. Part of me figured this was a gentleman's bet but I guess not. I'm sure the OP will have no problem owning up to his end of the deal.

I'm not doing anything for ignition control, I'm still using the OEM pcm. Yes I saw your thread, I'm sorry that happened. But that was kind of expected since you were on a 330 shot lol. I'm still very curious why your dyno numbers were so low.

One of the reasons I bought the direct port kit is because hopefully it will be safer and more efficient than my old single nozzle setup. I started to notice on the higher shots the spark plugs on the first two cylinders closest to the nozzle read a little different than the others because I'm sure they got more n2o. That's another reason I went the direct port route. It should be better all around especially since I upgraded the new nozzles. Thanks on the wheels!!

Yoo guys I've been busy with work, having to be there at 6am it makes me have no motivation when I get off work. I'm starting to gather a little parts collection since I don't even have time to put them on or in the mood too lol. My direct port kit came in the mail two days ago. I still need to make up a new fuel soft line from the firewall to the engine. That means I need to figure out what size that oem fitting is on the firewall and the banjo size on the engine. I have to upgrade that before I put on the direct port kit and install my new walbro 255lph fuel pump just for reinsurance.

Please cut me some slack guys to buy me more time. I promise you all I will hit the track and dyno again soon. Once I have these parts on and hopefully a night with some cool weather I will be ready to go. I'm sure I won't disappoint any of you with the new results. Just give me a little more time. I want to make sure my car is 100% first. That's another reason why I bought the new wheel and tire combo. I've spent thousands of dollars on the car the past month or two lol. I hope you guys can understand and still have faith in me.

Here's some pictures of the new parts just begging to be installed lmao.

Based upon what I just read, I don't think you will be given slack my man. I guess we will have to wait and see. However, I think what you've done is very impressive! In for results.

Im not trying to discount your work, it is impressive.

But you didnt satisfy the bet in the allotted time - 1/2 a year. Just to remind everyone, you were the one that came up with the terms of the bet.

I understand I came up with the terms. A lot of things has changed upon the way. I just need a little more time and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to do it soon. I had a lot on my plate the last six months. Just hang with me guys!!

I don't want to go down like this lol. I rather lose the bet trying to reach my goals and not succeeding then by a deadline. Please I promise I will keep you cl guys proud haha!

I will admit I did lose the bets due to hitting the deadline. BUT I did do things a lot of other cl's haven't along the way and I'm still doing everything I said in the future. ALL I need is some more time. I'm sorry I let you down guys but with some more time I think I will have it covered lol!

I definitely agree with your response on the direct port setup. First 2 cylinders in my engine were always much lighter than the other 4. And it was cylinder 3 that grenaded after all. I bought a similar kit and can't wait to see what difference it makes.

I see you are coming along nicely with the car. But not so quick...wait till you see what becomes in a few weeks at most. Btw, went and gathered all my engine parts from the machine shop and sent them to the infamous NVA-AV6....

Yepp I'm excited to see what yours does also. I'm sure our direct port kits will make a noticeable difference! I heard he's the man to go too! You should blow my power and et numbers away with that built engine!! Thanks!!

On the fpr I believe it's a 12x1.25 if you take that oem fitting out.

Here's more parts to add too the collection...

New custom 12pt aluminum lug nuts to match my new drag wheels!

Another new vibrant ultra quiet resonator, hopefully this will make the rest of the rasp go away. New arp extended wheel studs.
