After playing it over and over with a stopwatch in hand, it is about 6.7-6.8 sec.

give or take.

That cold air had to help out a bit.

I had a CL Premium. Couldn't stand not having a Type S anymore so I traded up.

Nope. 100% Stock.

I am looking into getting the Icebox in a little while, but thats it.

Don't want to do too much to the car yet.

You can be happy to know that after a couple of mods you will keep up with a stock type S.

So i've read

Can't wait.

With the icebox alone, do you think there would be noticeable gains? I've read the icebox is good for 15-20hp? MOst people on here seem to do icebox along with other mods...

Sorry no, that’s not the case for the CL-P. Your largest gain will be from header, as you will instantly notice a difference. Then the icebox will also produce about a 8-10hp tops.

^ Cool thanks for the info.

I am assuming th header will screw up my yearly emission inspections though correct? That is the only reason I was going to keep away from it for a while.

Well the comptech headers are carb legal so they shouldn't hurt your emissions. Also the obx headers are basicly replica comptech headers so they should be fine too.
