Mugen Mods and Code P0128

I was driving home last night and my car threw 2 code P0128 which I think indicates a Thermostat or Temperature regulation out of tollerance. I think it threw the code right before it got up to operating temp. Got the Mugen Mods in and it was around 40 degrees out. It's been that cold before but never threw a code.

Anyone else had this happen to them since the weather is cooling down? I'm tempted to throw back in the stock thermostat and fan switch for winter.

I have similar mods and I threw that code several weeks ago. The temperatures and conditions were similar in my case. I reset the CEL and haven't seen the code since. The dealer who installed the S/C told me not to worry about it unless it repeats.

Installed those Mods well over 1.5 years ago and never had a problem.

Thanks guys. I reset mine on Friday and haven't seen it come back yet. I guess I'll run it like this until I get another code.

Well my car threw another P0128 code last night. It was around 43 degrees ou and extremely foggy so the motor was probably warming up slowly.

What do you guys think? Should I pull the Mugen parts out for the winter or just deal with the codes as the happen? Last time it happened was two weeks ago.

Any update over the past 3 years on this Allout? haha. I have the same cooling mods and just threw that code as well and I'm in 80 degree weather?

I have the Mugen thermostat and fan switch and get those codes all the time if I don't let the car warm up long enough before driving. One thing that helps, I've noticed, is turning the AC on full blast hot for a few minutes.
