YouTube soundclips. Comptech, tanabe, atlp, or weld on some magnaflows.

I have the magnaflows on my car. I love the sound, it's deep and not too loud. Only complaint I have is they stick out a little farther then I would like. Id say it's probably the cheapest to.

Get a catback it will look better, I still get random people every now and then that ask me what type of exhaust I have and why does it not sound like ricer exhaust.

I have nothing against magnaflow exhaust but I will tell you this, without a midmuffler it will be loud, those that say otherwise are deaf.

Ill be honest I don't know a whole lot about exhaust systems but my magnaflows are not very loud, they just have a deep tone to em. Like you said way better then the ricey sound.

I deleted my mufflers and ran straight pipes with hooker headers resonated tips. Sounds great no rasp just nice deep tone... If you plan in going this route I would suggest going to a junkyard and getting the flanges off a CL or a 99-03 V6 Accord where the mufflers bolt to the rest of the exhaust that way you don't cut up your stock mufflers and you can switch them out if you don't like them. If your looking for sound more than performance.

All I have are the magnaflow mufflers and I like the sound. Is there any mods I can do to those to get more performance?

The exhaust bit of this car is pretty much as free flowing as you can get the only way to get more power from exhaust is to buy headers, a cat back won't net you shit.

Probably, I know for sure it will drone like hell main reason why i got rid of mine and got a catback. Headers or leave the exhaust alone honestly is all I can tell you.

The company that I know of that makes them for our car is XS power/SS autochrome. They are the same company and they are $310 plus shipping

Looking to get some new mufflers for my 2003 Acura CL Type-S. What would be some good ones to get. Looking for something that won't make it sound like I'm from 2 fast 2 furious. lol. Also thinking about getting some headers. Saw one from autogrimmig sold on amazon for $149.99.

Is your a 6MT or auto? The ones on amazon are probably for an auto and don't have the bend in the rear header for the *motor mount.

If you don't want extra sound, just leave the mufflers alone and get the headers. The exhaust is already pretty free flowing stock anyways. Most of the members that get an exhaust here, do it for the extra sound.
