more work done in my acura 2003 cls ...
1) add blue LED to cub holders and the dark corner under the coin tray
I found a bit of blue light in the cub holder is convenient when driving renting SUV couple weeks ago.
2) Open the coin tray and voila, there is blue light :
3) Open the console box in the middle, there is brighter blue light that the existing one.
I love blue led accent led . It goes with the screen of my dvd player
Thinking to replace the amber light in my global compactment with blue led strip as well
Ah, wait, i just add a spoiler too :
Cheers,
Huy

I guess i can dim the lights down with a variable resistor. Pretty easy to add one on the pannel.

Btw, pretty easy to run the wires from the cupboard to the fuse box on the left of the driving wheel, the wire got hidden nicely along the curvie wooden contour to the coin tray and then under the bottom part of the front panel.

Don't go for red or white. When you are driving a night, the internal red or white accent light might cause your eyes briefly blind when you takes your eyes back to the road.

Hmm, first time posting pictures. I used the "insert image" with the full http:// path but not sure while it does not show up.

When you are looking at the pics, look at the left of the picture. There is an area that says Share Image along with 4 text boxes with links. You want the bottom link. That will allow us to see the pic using the public link.

I have about half a ft . The wires to the LED can be unpluged easily to remove the whole cupboard.

But theres a lot of cars that use red colored gauges at night.

The red isn't bad while driving at night.
