Are the 6000K DOT approved? I have heard of people without HID lights putting in the super blue bulbs to look HID and they get tickets for "colored lights" and/or don't pass inspection.
I am going to replace my 9005 high-beam bulbs (non-HID) with Xtreme White Plus PIAA bulbs but those are the "brightest you can go and still be DOT approved" according so some PIAA propaganda that I read. Don't know about the HID bulbs...didn't know that you could even change them! Just be careful that you don't spend a lot of $ and then find out they aren't legal (if you care).

I dont believe any of the aftermarket bulbs are DOT approved. I know for sure that none of the kits are approved so yeah.
Sorry topdaytrader, ever since some of the posts about HIDs in the past with you commenting in them, I just can't give you any of my business.
