Mom's 1990 Legend
I just took the seat covers off. She has these fuzzy ones on the leather seats over the Winter... now that Winter is almost over I had to get rid of them. I noticed, the fuel gage doesnm't go down when I turn the car off. She just filled the tank. Does it take a while for the gauges go to zero when one turns off the car? I know in my CL it drops to zero right away.

I'm not 100% on the 90 Legend, but I know the 91-95 Legends the fuel gauge actually does not drop down to zero when you shut down the engine. It will stay at the present reading. If it was full, it will stay at fuel. If it was at 1/2, it will stay at 1/2.
