A moment of silence for my CLS please

As I am typing this my car is sitting outside in a horrible thunderstom with plenty of hail.

I just got home from work and on the way home I encounterd this storm. The rain was coming down so hard that even on high my wipers were no match for the hard rain, so I pulled off the road to not risk hitting another car or running off the road. As I sat in my car I could see the hail bouncing off the hood of my car The storm calmed down enough for me to make my way down the partially flooded road and I finally arived home. When I came in my dad told me that its ok because if there is enough hail damage the insurance company will just replace the car, so i corrected him and reminded him that option is pretty much impossible seeing how I puchased one of the last 6 speed black CL's within a few states.

That's why you need a "beater" second car that you can drive when danger is in the forecast and keep your CL in the garage or if outside covered with an OEM heavy duty Acura car cover.

Depending on the damage, paintless dent removal can do wonders. Try to pick up a car cover, keep it in your trunk. It can help.

I do have a "beater" car but I also don't have a garage so my CL sits outside next to my nissan sentra

Do you guys really think that a car cover will protect against hail?

Put it this way, a car cover can't "NOT" help at least a little bit against severe weather. It's better than nothing. And car covers come in different qualities. The Acura one is pretty heavy duty (thick) so will protect more.
