Yeah i see you didn't clear them so i'm assuming they were never opened by you.

If the factory seal did go bad, every time you wash it/rains the same shit is gonna happen. Only thing to do other then take it to the dealer is to remove the housing and use a blow dryer to help speed up the drying process. You probably won't be able to get to all the moisture out and once you put it back on even the smallest amount of water left will cause them to fog. It's a real bitch.

Best bet is to just take em to the dealer.

if you are still under warranty they will replace for free.

I had both of mine replaced due to moisture when I had 40k on my car. No questions asked.

You have two options then

a. Buy two brand new ones $$$$

b. wake up nice and early on a saturday, bake your lights, open them up , dry them really well and eseal them with a good silicone sealant.

That sucks yo. Check out the Black Market to see if you can pick one up. The water in there will never really go away. It will evaporate and condense with the change in temperature.

Here's a set for $125...

Option 2 is to swap them with a friend that has the same car and a warrenty. I'd go with option 1.
