I took off the top plate to clean the manifold out today and notice what looks like tiny water beeds on the top plate gasket, has anyone seen this before? My car has been in the garage since November. I ordered all new plenum gasket set from rockauto just to be safe

That was my guess.

OP, how long did the engine run after sitting in the cold until you brought it inside to work on it?

I took it out for a drive couple of weeks ago when it was 40 degrees its been sitting in the garage since then with a small space heater every now and then. So between when i drove it then started taking it apart was probably 2 days

The moisture is from the air/fuel mixture blow by of the piston rings. The motor oil will keep the water suspended until the next oil change if the car is driven regularly.
