Does anyone know of any decent performance mods that Would not void the Acura Factory warranty ??

well supposely, theres a law saying mods cant void the warranty unless they can prove that the mod was what caused the defect.

Exactly what he said. The only way you won't receive warranty work is if the dealer can prove without a doubt that the aftermarket part actually caused the problem. Since that rarely happens, you should be fine. In addition, many dealers actually install mods. Take Park Ave. Acura for instance. They install springs, shocks, sways, exhausts, headers, intakes, shock sensors, etc. If you got it from them, the warranty couldn't be void b/c it's from a dealer. Also look at the new Mystery Mod and the RES.... all R&D from an Acura dealer in Florida. Unless you totally screw up your car getting the part installed then expect warranty work done, you should be fine on any part. The only thing I wouldn't mess with is the computer.....
