Just wondering if any of you guys knew if Acura allows mods (I was thinking CAI) on a leased Type-S. I really want to get CAI but I don't want my dealer breaking the news in 3 years that I have to pay "damages" or what not to have it removed. I'm kind of hating that I didn't just finance my car so that I could avoid this dilemma. Thanks.

 

intake is pretty all you can do as far as performance, you can also do the comptech headers go threw the dealer to do that.

the miss conception is that a lease is that much different than regular financing...its not if you went 5yrs through th bank do you own the car???nope the bank does whats the diff if they repoe'd youd owe them money if the mods devalued the car do what ever you want anything negative can be reversed except i wouldnt do things like nitrous unless youll finance it when your lease is up or trade in ...
