hey guys i did a search and came up with a lot of post on doing an LED mod. i am interested in this mod however it sounds like a PITA. in the mods i read that there is a film on the gauges... by removing this film would i be able to have my gauges just a white color or do i need to change bulbs? and how do i change the rest of the interior from the green color.

also... is there an aftermarket gauge set for the CLS? i really dont mind the gauges i just hate the green and would LOVE LEDS if it wasnt a bitch to do...

 

stock bulbs are yellow. removing the film will give a yellow to the guages...I done the mod on my prelude b4 and yes it does take some time.

 

is there an led kid for the cl? one that one fail me or burn out alot??? i dont mind doing the mod as long as it wont burn out

 

led will not likely to burn out like bulbs but nothing is forever. the kit is just the supplies labor is still involve which means the pain in the ass part...
