Lightbulb Mod Prices and Other Advice.

Heres what I plan on getting.

01 CL Body Kit (1330)
+ 18" Inspyre Rims (1500)
+ Custom Grille (?????)
+ Installation (?????)
= Aprox $3,200

-------------
Heres the Engine mods im getting, since im getting most of this from the same person, shipping costs will drop some, so the total may be lower then Expected.

ROTORA Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors - $180/ pr
Axxis Ultimate brake pads - $60/ pr
Comptech Axle Back Exhaust - $585 shipped
Comptech Headers - $1050 shipped
TEIN SS - $880 shipped
SPC Camber Kit $300 shipped for F&R
Comptech Sway Bars - $310 shipped

Rotors (360)
Pads (120)
Exhaust (585)
Headers (1050)
Coilovers (880)
Camber (300)
Sway Bar (310)
= $3,605
-----------------

3200
+3605
= Aprox 7000 (with labor?)

That Leaves me with Struts, Ties, Themro, Steel Brake Lines, SC'er (if I can save up that much ever again).

Struts (140)
Ties (160)
BrakeLine (150)
Thermo (100)
SC'er (4,300)
---------------------------

That all sound about right? After I get the first set of mods done. Im gunna need to get my wheels Align and What else do I need to do to make sure my Car runs in Good shape?

Also Quick Question about the Tie bars, the ones on ACP state this " *Will not fit with Comptech Headers Billet Aluminum Polish*" So If i get comptech headers ill hafta find another set of Tiebars or am I just being stupid and not realzing something?

Toss me your please. I appreciate everyones input and patience with me. Im mechanically inclined just new to the Mods scene. Thanks again.

On the 1st set of mods I would suggest installing the grille yourself because it's very simple.
Im not sure if you are buying this stuff off the internet or somewhere else but I bought my rotora slotted rotors for 160$ total for the set. I don't know how badly you want them to be cross drilled too.
http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/rot168400460.html
Thats where I bought them from

I also know of a site that sells quite a bit of acura parts for cheap
http://www.c-c-c.net/CustomCarCreati...Page/index.htm

The supercharger is 4065 shipped off that site. I would be doing alot of the same modding your going to be doing soon but I want to get a 03 manual CL-S to do modding to.

good luck with purchasing the stuff you want to buy

Right on man. Thanks. Looks like I get them Rotora's at that site. Ya I checked CCC ACP (www.Autocarparts.com) I didnt look at the Sc'er on CCC. But it takes a Core Charge which will cost about 200 bucks and then shipping and Installation. Thats why its a lil high. Muchas gracias senor. Good tips and I appreciate the help

No problem the only thing about the place that i got my rotors from is it took a little while. They said they had to wait for rotora to make them.

Is the price you have for the RJ rims for the rims with tires?

i suggest you install all bolt ons and suspension yourself b/c they're all relatively easy and straight forward. i put in springs, shocks, cai, axle back, and front strut all for the first time on my cl and working on a car for my first time.

i agree, bolt on mods, try to install them yourself. It's half the fun of modding the car, plus it makes you familiar with your car. If you've never worked on cars before, or are unsure of yourself, ask someone to lend you a hand

About the Kit I click on the 01-03 CL Kit on the left Frame and it comes up (http://www.ronjonwheels.com/clkit.html) , If you also read the small print at the top it states "Constructed of the Highest Quality Polyurethane, this body enhancment follows the natural lines of the 2001-03 CL giving the whole vehicle a unified apearance"

So unless im over looking something thats the Kit. Am I right guys ?
