My girlfriend just bought a used 1998 eclipse GS-T (against my recommendation to go with an integra of course) and will actually let me put some mods on it to see what we can do horsepower wise. I know this isn't related to Acura but this forum has been great as far as helping me upgrade my CL-S. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good sites similar to this related to the eclipse turbo.

I had a 1999- 10th Anniiv. Edition ... There are so many ad-ons for that whip... I leased it, bought it out for 12K and sold it for 16,500K.. LOL... you can see why... I treat my whips better than my women...

Agreed, but I think I gotta up the boost before I get that sound.

 

There is tons of mods to do to the 4G63 Mitsu engine. You can bring it up to 350HP with not much money and effort at all.

Wired up the fogs to run with the parking light assembly..

Tinted the windows.. and that was about it..LOL... i broke down 4 times within 3 years... I was sick of the headache.. 20K miles on it too.. the clutch packs shot out, they wrecked my car at the dealership.. the fluid line for the cluth snapped and many more... I was so happy to get rid of it.,..

I got rid of it because it was too slow for me and I did not want to sink 2G into a turbo.. My initial thoughts were to buy it and get a turbo.. that way I could get under the insurance... i just never followed through... no time, and I wanted a Cl so bad since I detailed 4 TL's in row... I could not get over how the car was put together... I wanted one bad, they came out with the 6 spped Cl and I creamed my jeans... I went out and bought one..LOL
