Misfires and now the car won't start.
To start with, I've had my car at the dealer trying to locate an oil leak between the motor and gearbox over the last week. They haven't isolated it to either the motor or the gearbox yet. I told them that I needed my car back for a trip this next week to LA and then Vegas and back home - roughly 1000 miles. They tell me that they'll have my car ready for me. They just dropped dye into the gearbox so when I return, they'll be able to tell if the oil is coming from there.
I go to the dealership to pickup the car around 4:00 and it's waiting out front - washed and ready to go. I get the keys and start it and the check engine light is on. The service manager rolls it back into the bays and there are only a couple of less senior mechanics left. One of them plugs the diagnostic tool into the port and gets codes of misfires in all cylinders. He then proceeds to get out of the car and sets the diagnostic tool in the seat and the car dies. Now the car won't start and the diagnostic tool will not communicate with the ECU. It's really strange but I'm glad it was witnessed by myself, the service writer, and a mechanic.
On top of that, I kind of wonder how hard they've been test driving my car. I get in and the gas light is on and it's only got 150 miles since the last fill up. I know that they've been test driving it and also idling it but at that rate, it's probably going to be a 11-12mpg tank of gas when I normally run 20mpg in town unless I'm on it.

Hope you got a loaner from them. My dealer has some TSX and TL loaners they give out.
As for the car, sorry to hear that. Did you get your S/C installed at that dealer? Some dealers won't warranty work on the engine with your types of mods but they seem to be mod friendly. As for an educated guess, I am stumped on what's wrong with your car.
On a side question: Does Fresno have a Acura Dealer? I am thinking about taking a roadtrip to Vegas from SF and was wondering if Fresno had a dealer in case my 5sp tranny decided to take a dump.

Got a call from them today. They got the car started and are now working on locating the misfire issue. They seem to think that their diagnostic tool must have a short in the connection cable that blew the main PCM fuse.
SC was installed by me. Fresno Acura has been working with me as they are familiar with Comptech and their reputation. I don't beat on my car and they know it's well taken care of.
