Misfire, studder, Rev limit, HELP!

Misfire, studder, Rev limit, HELP!

i think it may be caused from p0590 but im not sure.

Here is what the ecu looks like, i know theres a chip thats burnt or looks burnt. How much to fix it?

J32A2 swap stock everything.

p1607 - immobo disabled
p0590 - ecu vbu backup electrical mabob
p0141 - o2 sensor not hooked

nobody?

it use to have full rev range when i first swapped it in, but there was also some other problems. had some issues with my brakes, redid the whole system. and 1 ignition coil was bad, replaced that and did some maintenance. all fix, now only the problem in the vid.
