Ive had this clunk for a while now --- finally got under neath to diagnose, looked at the sway bar, not the problem. Looked for shit moving around in the trunk including spare tire, not the problem...

Finally start shaking exhaust pipes/mufflers and it sounds like its coming from the mid muffler ---

I felt no vibration through the heat shields, and even held them while a friend shook the pipes - nothing

I just cant understand from where abouts round the mid muffler this is coming from...?!?!

Anyone ever experience the same problem?

 

something inside the mid-muffler?

 

Could be a pebble or something inside.......ive seen it before.
