A couple days ago at work I was on my out to lunch and I pull up beside a red viper I saw it was some old guy and I wanted to hear him get into it even though I new I would get crushed. So I reved just a little and got into it when the light changed, a couple seconds later he was a few football fields infront of me but it sounded soooo nice. When it comes to the sound more cylinders do sound better

It was an older one, but it was a coupe not a roadster

 

I have seen a Viper only once in here in Belgium on the road. I like the sound of American V-engines.

the viper has been my all time favorite cars, so it would've been an honor for me to lose to a viper.

I pulled a Gen1 Rt-10 in my Cobra a very long time ago... Very cool

and for people saying that the viper is fast, how about buying todays corvette for like 30k less and keeping up with the viper.

 

yeah, the only corvette that can keep up to a vuper is the Z06, and that costs about 50,000. and the viper looks a lot better, and too many people have Z06 because their cheap. i see corvettes everywhere here, but only a few vipers. my nieghbor has a Z06, and its nothing compared to the viper. and yeah, the viper does use a lot of gas, but the speed and the sound is worth every penny. if i had a viper, i would touch redline as much as possible.

a vette kicks out a better note fo sho! the old 302's in the late 80's stangs blow out one of the best exhaust notes! esp with a bumpy cam!!
