Well, on my way home I come to the light before the freeway onramp. The onramp is a one lane entrance that splits into two once you turn onto it.

Well I'm the only car at the light, light turns green, ease onto the onramp and notice in my rear view that this Camaro comes barreling through the turn and then slows down to tailgate my ass (there's another lane idiot) for a few seconds. The onramp is a good 3/4 mile until you hit the freeway, so I decide to play.

So the guy goes around me, looking like he nearly takes off my rear bumper, I shift into 3rd at 60mph and floor it. The Camaro knows what is going on and tries to pass me. Ehh, by the time I hit 100mph, I was a good 3-4 car lengths in front of him. I slowed down before merging onto the freeway, but the Camaro kept speeding off at 100mph

The Camaro was debadged, so I couldn't tell which it was (SS, Z28, etc). It was a newer body though, the car looked brand new.

 

Nice I hate jerks that drive like idiots. Glad you put him in his place.

Nice kill. Probably a V6 or an old LT1, had it been a LS1 you wouldn't have stood a chance.

 

They don't make Camaros anymore.

It was probably a V6 with an idiot driving it. Some people really think that since they own a V6 Camaro, they can beat almost anyone on the road.

 

Definately not a brand new camaro since they have been discontinued......and most likely a v6 because there's NO WAY you're pulling on an LS1, and probably not a newer (late 90's) LT1......given the fact that you pulled on him like you said you did.....unless you have a sick setup like allmotor or mrsteve.
