I went with the RX 300 Silversport beacause of no mark ups, better build quality and smoother ride, plus less bulky on the outside.

I voted for the RX300 b/c I think you'll receive better service from Lexus then from Acura. Plus, you're already a sell-out, why go back to Acura for a truck :P ....... and on that note, I love your new screen name...

MDX.

Newer design, more interior room. seven row seating, trip computer, rear seat AC, better powertrain VTM-4.

I went for RX300.

When i get bored, i can always mod the damn thing since there are parts and kits for it. In Japan they have many neat stuff for this SUV since there is the JDM Toyota counterpart called Harrier.

Also where I live there is a nice mod black RX300 with front and back metal bars, JDM grill, tinted, BBS rims and exhaust.

MDX looks like a man's ride. I feel like i'm putting on a dress when i get into the RX300. I like the style, engine, navigation, and room.

I vote for the MDX. I like the looks of the MDX better and the RX 300 is just a Toyota Highlander.

I have a RX300, really comfortable ride, i like everything about it. The thing I dont like about the MDX is from the back, u can see the whole bottom of the car, theres nothing covering all those stuff down there. It just looks cheap from behind IMO.

Crazy Sellout:
First off...We must have the same tastes in automobiles.
You are going to love your 330Ci. I just took delivery this month and I am still grinning from ear to ear. My wife drives the MDX that we bought in January and is very pleased with it. Try this website www.acuramdx.org. It is similar to this board but the people are a little more mature. We were looking at the Lexus, but went with the MDX becuse of the larger size and 3rd back seat. The Lexus is a tad more refined but the MDX has a better engine and utility. The only problem that I have had is a sloshing noise that the gas tank makes.

Both are great cars. If pop's needs the extra seating, then I say go with the MDX. If he doesn't, the RX is a great choice. He can't go wrong with either.

I voted the RX since I imagine he doesn't need the extra seating. I just like it a tad more. And it comes with HID's!

I saw a new RX300 in a lot parked next to me and its owner had gone into a store. Then another car's alarm had gone off and triggered the RX300's windows to roll down, all four of them.

It was the strangest thing i'd ever seen.
And the owner came out with a WTF look on his face.

I guess the MDX is for the man WEARING a dress under his pants then eh? If u look a the MDX A B AND C pillars, and front end it resembles the RX 300 a bunch, just a whole lot wider (so wide is manly then?)

get the mdx and throw some 22'' chromies on it . The RX300 looks like a girls ride, but it is still nice and also cheaper.

MDX, nobody mentioned 240 H.P. and some sub 8 second 0-60s at a couple of car mags. Plus it looks way more agressive.

R u kidding me?? Not suprised coming from you a lex owner. MDX has VERY aggressive body lines. RX300 does not.

The RX is not aggresive, agreed. The MDX looks agressive cause of it's width, that is all. Very slab sided to me.

Though at 35k to 40k I'd take either one before just about any other SUV (I think ALL OF THEM).

Where's the love Crazy Sellout? I'm the one who thought of the name!!!!! As for MDX/RX300, I'd go with the MDX because I like the 240 HP V6 and the similarities in interior shared with the CL. Plus, the MDX seems more off-road capable than the RX.
