What do you mean? That is part of the advantages of the car. No B Pillar, yet this car is stiffer than the RX7 accoring to Mazda. Much more easier to get in the back.

Yes. But in Europe. It is expected at 42,000 Euros which is about $40K. I am sure we will see it at least $5K less when it gets here. It will be offered in Europe some time in the begining of 2003.

I like it except for the rear doors and back. The back is ugly with the rear window almost straight up and down. Otherwise cool looking, interior it badass

Not only is that car ugly, but it's a Mazda. I do recall Mazda having big problems with the RX7's rotary engine. Also, my family had a 929S and it was full of problems. If you guys think Acuras quality is bad because of squeaks and tranny problems, then you will hate this Mazda. My uncle also had a Mazda 626 that was full of problems.

As far as the looks go it's subjective. They did have problems with the rotary engine reliability but have since corrected the flaws.

It wont. It will be priced very competitively. Below $30K base. Maybe below $28K base.

0-60mph is 6 seconds flat and 1/4 mile is probably 14.3.

Mazda swears that this engine as nothing to do with the relibility problems of the previous engine. And I believe them by 85%.

Hehehe... Hey I stand by my statements about the CTS. By the way, have you guys seen the C&D review of the CTS on TV? They liked it a lot but no word on BMW comparos. I am sure it is coming soon.

I hear ya chief. Say that again and again. That is half the reason I am posting all these cars here. For us to see that if the CL just gets minor facelifts for the next 2 years, this will be its last generation, unless totaly redone.

Gettin a brand new Cobra this summer for sticker wont be a bad deal. This thing will be fast! It will be in the 4s for the 60mph I bet. Low 13s. Not bad if you can get one for like $34K or so.

I'm still driving around in a 92 MX6 non turbo. they stopped making that like 3 yrs ago. But i don't really have any major problems w/ it. as far as the rotary engine goes, I'm pretty sure they've learned there mistakes and fixed or at least improved on it. it should be great. Rotary engines are actually more efficient engines. on the rx7, it only has 2 "cylinders" and it has some pretty good power output.
