Horsepower : 265hp @ 6000 rpm
Torque : 255 lb-ft @ 4800 rpm
Redline : 6600 rpm
Top speed : 140 mph(electronically limited)
0-60 mph : 6.3 sec(manual)
0-¼ mile : 14.9 sec @ 95.8 mph
60-0 braking distance : 134 ft
200 ft skidpad : 0.81 g
Curb Weight : 3432-3467 lbs
???
why is it that it's nearly the same as a CL-S performance wise, but it has 5 more hp, and 23 more TQ and it even weighs less by nearly 75lbs???

"It turned in excellent acceleration numbers — 0-60 mph in just 6.5 seconds (although its sibling, the G35, ran it in 6.2 with an automatic), the quarter mile in 15.0 at 95.4 mph and produced stopping distances from 80 and 60 mph of 233 and 134 ft., respectively. These are competitive, but certainly not earth-shattering. Despite the wide tires, lateral acceleration was sub-par for a sports sedan — only 0.81g, but it slithered through our slalom at a respectable 62.1 mph."
That's from Road and Track
"This is a fast car, boys and girls. Even with its full load of luxury gear, the SE can flash from zero to 60 mph in just 6.3 seconds. The quarter takes 14.8 seconds at 97 mph. That puts the Maxima well ahead of the A4 3.0 and neck-in-neck with Audi's far pricier twin-turbo A6 2.7T. Moreover, the VQ engine--the same basic four-cam 3.5-liter V-6 found in everything from the 350Z to Nissan's new Murano SUV--is a honey. Outfitted with continuously variable valve timing and a variable induction system, it's smooth, rev-happy, and, with 255 lb-ft of torque available at 4400 rpm, pulls strongly in any of the SE's six forward speeds."

Just thought I'd throw in some food for thought

I've raced an 04 Max from 60-120 and I was about 1 or 2 cars ahead. I did this when my car was bone stock. Not sure about the Max, I'm assuming that it was an auto just becuse I'll bet that 85% are. I'd love to race one now that I have all my mods and my headers being installed Tues.
By the way I have the '03 w/ 6speed.
