Steve,

Sent you email. This I heard a solid company which I believe also scalbert ordered from - http://www.southfloridapulleyhq.com/SFPH/about_us.htm

The blower shaft MAX pulley you need is 3.3".
You can run on alternator HBP at this point and factory 3.8" shaft pulley until you receive the MAX.

Do you think a 3.5 will be good enough? (safer) I just spoke to terry fro SFP and he said do a 3.5.

Yes, 3.5" would be safer while 3.3" is required top mount intercooler or at least meth injection (w/smallest nozzle) as I suggested before.
Make sure you tuned as lean as 12.0:1 at WOT but better to stay within 11.5-11.8:1 AFR range.

If you're tuned correctly, then not really. Are you running rich or lean?

Hey ron, No you do not need injectors with the high boost pulley, i was running fine with factories. I am having a 9.5 max boost pulley made so i needed to replace them, I also am doing a e-manage blue.

Some of you know about me retrofitting the MP90 to the Comptech kit. I am using new 440cc RC injectors(calibrated), a boomslang harness, Emanage ULT, and stock FPR. I used the HBP on the alternator, stock blower shaft pulley, and underdrive size UR pulley to get 9psi. I will be selling the whole kit and car once I get it all together if one of you wants it. It should to wonders particularly for the 3.5L guys who want to run 7-14psi. I should have it done by January. Should be interesting. The kit is all done and fits perfectly with the hood closed, just need the tune. I need time to go have it tuned so the car will run with the 440cc’s and I can make a top notch map for the eman ult. I went back to the stock FPR because at the stock fuel pressures the 440cc’s will make up to 500shaft hp and the Comptech FPR is so damn inconsistent. Some of you with the blower may have noticed rough startup from the injectors running all over the place psi wise. I went back to the stock FPR without the blower on in prep for the MP90 and the car purrs like a kitten now during all driving conditions and even has more power. My Comptech FPR has been rebuilt and checked several times. Nothing is wrong with it. I hate it and the A/F ratio is never consistent with the Comptech unit on the dyno.
