The NEW customer service manager did in fact make it up for me....

After my complaints about 3 weeks no shipping for an item I bought over Ebay..

I got an email from the NEW Customer Service Manager offering to help me resove the complaint (which was resolved by 2-Day Express FedEX of the Item I bought)

In addition, he offered me $30 Credit. I Checked their Inventories and I asked for couple Xenon-like Bulbls...

And I wasn't disappointed, he 3-days Express FedEx those to me... for FREE...Wait I asked for 2 Sets ( 1 H4 and 1 9005 Bulbs) and I was shipped 3 Sets ( Vision H4 and Vision 9005 AND a NEW LiteForm 9005)

They Kick Ass... and Kudos for MassiveMotorSport for making it up for my trouble.
