It's an OK price. Honestly you could probably get a brand new one for only about $1k more (if that) since the '03 models are out. Even an '03 wouldn't cost too much more.....

hell no, you can get a new 2002 for that price, there are plenty left at the dealers. It wil actually be cheaper because the interest is much less.
I just got a 2002 Cls w/navi, spoiler, moonroof visor, 30,800 out the door, the guy told me he could get me the same TLs for only $200 more
