MAP Sensor

I have an Acura CL-S 6mt. I have been throwing two check engine lights. P0170 and P0172 (running rich). I thought it could be the MAP sensor causing the problem. It is missing the piece at the bottom. I have attached a picture.

Do you think this could be why I am throwing codes. I had my o2 sensors tested and my fuel pressure checked. Those were fine. Let me know. Thanks in advance

Other than running rich, have you noticed your car behaving oddly or doing anything else that doesn't seem normal?

If your MAP sensor is missing a piece it obviously needs replaced.

When you took it off, did you see a hole in the TB where that piece would reside? If so, then yes.

I doubt that it would break on it's own....it must have broke when removing it.

Yeah there was a hole big enough for a piece like that to fit in. I doubt I broke it when removing the map sensor, I think the previous owner must have broken it. I will try replacing the MAP sensor and see if this fixes my issues.
My car smells bad at WOT (burning smell), it bogs once in a while, and sometimes a rough idle.
