I'm sort of getting bored with my front grill, for whatever reason. I just think it could look a little better with something different. I like the chrome bar in the lower grill and think it flows, but what do you guys think?



Anyone make any suggestions?

 

id leave it. i like the "wings" that come out of the A. im going to swap my 99 grill for the 97.

 

for the upper grille, i think a matching 03 SSM would look better....as for the bottom chrome piece, i think that would be overkill since nothing else is chrome on your car.

 

Where did you get the lower chrome peice from? Been looking for that for a while!

Yeah I might throw on the 2003 grill like I had it before, who knows.

 

I'm thinking about definitely swapping back to the '03 grill, and leaving the chrome bar to match the chrome bar in the lower grill.

Hey man, sorry just saw the post. I just used a chrome door line trim from Pep Boys, I think it was like $8.00. Wiped off the horizontal black plastic bar in our lower grill with rubbing alcohol and stuck it right on. Looked good, haven't gone back since!

And about the grill, I decided to order the 2003 painted satin silver metallic grill instead of the chrome.
