Maintenance shop in DC area
Hey guys,
Its been a while since I posted here. The excitement of having my car has slowed in the past year or so. It was fun back in '04 going to the big meets in Chantilly and Columbia.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a reputable maintenance shop because I'm slowly approaching my 100K on my engine. I've had my tranny fluid flushed and replaced and regular oil changes. I know I need to have some maintenance done really soon such as new spark plugs, new belts, oil changes, and checking various parts of the engine.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of a reputable place to get my car serviced. I don't want to go to Tischer despite that being where I bought my car. No bad blood between me and Tischer. I just don't feel like paying those outrageous labor cost if I can get it done cheaper somewhere else.
Can somebody help a brotha out?

Ron, check out White's Automotive in Glenn Dale off of 193. Here's there website.
http://www.whitesautorepair.com/
Buddy White, who has worked there for over 15 years, primarily services Honda/Acura vehicles... I would recommend you go over there in-person to discuss the work and get an estimate with Buddy, he is a good person. Buddy has about four Acuras and Hondas himself!
They are reasonably priced, and, in my opinion, could charge more for their work.
Tischer is a great shop, but I have been taking my car to White's since Brandon left.

Thanks Grey. It was good talking to you. When did Brandon leave? I haven't been back to Tischer since I got my oil jet kit for my tranny back in summer '04. I might take my car there(White's) on Saturday and have him check out my car.
