Magnaflow Race series Mufflers.
i was thinking... i have a friend who has got some MAD skills at welding..
if we used these:

and stock Bent Piping from stock Mufflers, wlll this work?
basically cut the stock tubes off the old axlebacks, then weld them to these, and mount.

last i checked, the smallest race series is 2.5" so whatever is listed on that website as 2.25 probably isn't the 'race series', so getting a 2.5" up to the stock piping will be a bit hard, probably have to fabricate up your own axleback w/ flanges to bolt up.
also the stock piping isn't exactly 2.25" either, it's a bit smaller, so i don't think it's an easy chop-n-weld.
