m5 spolier lip
they never do...you have to heat it evenly with a heatgun if you have one or a hairdryer
and try bending it to the shape of your car....do this after it has been painted and then peel and stick, but make sure the area is cleaned first. good luck. mine has been stuck good for 3 months now

i have had a replica for about 2 years now and it's just starting to peel off at the ends. i've already got some new 3M tape and should not be too hard to reattach.
it doesnt fit perfectly, but just needs to bend a little...

We sell both, however, we highly recommend going with the OEM BMW. The replicas we sell haven't had problems, however, I have seen some horror stories on here about them. Seems the Genuine BMW spoilers are more flexible.
And yes, you should be able to "bend" the middle of the spoiler back to match the shape of your trunk. I have an OEM M5 spoiler on my TL and I didn't have to heat it with anything. The OEM material was flexible enough that i just stickied the ends down first, then pulled the middle back and stuck the middle.... perfect fit.....

I would advise also using the OEM double stick tape too. I gave the OEM tape to the guy who painted and installed my OEM spoiler but he didn't use it. He used some generic double stick stuff they use in body shops and I ended up having to pull up the spoiler and redo it with the OEM double stick stuff when one of the ends started to come up. I think it's on there for good now.

Im sure yours does, but there are PLENTY of members that have had a host of problems with the replicas. I can give you links to at least 5-10 threads where people posting up had a problem. I remember one guy had such a problem he drilled the fookin thing to his car (ginger?) !
All I am saying is you get what yuo pay for. You may be lucky but I would rather go with teh 100% option.
